1. Who we are
RoomPlay is a browser-based party games service available at https://roomplay.app/. The service lets users launch party games, create online rooms, invite players by link or QR code, and access optional paid features.
RoomPlay is operated by Rustam Zaripov, registered as an individual entrepreneur in Georgia.

2. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using RoomPlay, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you use RoomPlay on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
3. Service use
You may use RoomPlay for lawful personal, social, educational or business entertainment purposes. You are responsible for the behavior of players you invite to a room and for choosing game content that is appropriate for your group.
You may not use RoomPlay to harass others, distribute illegal content, attack or overload the service, bypass payment restrictions, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or violate the rights of other people.
4. Accounts, rooms and user content
Some RoomPlay features may work without a traditional account. Online rooms, nicknames, answers, drawings, votes, images or other gameplay inputs may be processed temporarily to run the game. You must not submit content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, infringing or otherwise harmful.
RoomPlay may remove content, limit access, cancel rooms, suspend features or refuse service when needed to protect users, comply with law, prevent fraud or maintain platform reliability.
5. Paid features and subscriptions
RoomPlay may offer paid plans, subscriptions, lifetime access, premium packs or other digital features. Prices, billing periods, included features and renewal terms are shown before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel future renewals through the payment flow, account tools when available, or by contacting support. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund amounts already charged.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers or merchant-of-record partners. Their checkout, tax, invoice, payment method and dispute rules may also apply.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply. If a payment provider or merchant-of-record partner is the seller of record for a transaction, refund processing may be completed through that partner.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep RoomPlay available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change, be added, be removed or be limited for maintenance, security, legal, product or business reasons.
8. Intellectual property
RoomPlay, its branding, design, software, game interfaces and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the service except as allowed by these Terms or with written permission.
9. Disclaimers and liability
RoomPlay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, RoomPlay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, service interruption, or user-generated content submitted by players.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of RoomPlay after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
