Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for RoomPlay digital features, premium access and recurring subscriptions.

1. Digital product policy

RoomPlay sells digital access to browser-based party games, premium features, subscriptions, content packs and related online services. Because access can be delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are reviewed based on the type of purchase, usage, payment-provider rules and applicable consumer law.

2. Refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@roomplay.app, unless a different mandatory rule applies in your jurisdiction or the payment provider displays different terms at checkout.

We are more likely to approve refunds for accidental purchases, duplicate charges, technical inability to access the paid feature, or first-time subscription purchases with minimal use.

3. Subscriptions and renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once a new billing period starts, unless required by law, caused by a billing error, or approved by RoomPlay or the payment-provider partner.

4. Non-refundable cases

Refunds may be declined when paid features were substantially used, the request is outside the refund window, the issue is caused by violation of our Terms, the account is involved in fraud or abuse, or the payment provider's rules do not allow a refund.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@roomplay.app with the purchase email, transaction ID if available, purchase date, payment method, and a short explanation of the issue. Do not send full card numbers or card security codes.

6. Processing time

If a refund is approved, it is usually sent back to the original payment method. Bank and card network processing times vary and may take several business days. When a merchant-of-record or payment provider processed the purchase, that partner may complete the refund directly.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact support before opening a chargeback so we can help resolve the issue. We may suspend paid access while a dispute or chargeback is being reviewed by the payment provider.
